London, Ontario, CanadaSo, I’m not one of your ‘ideal’ followers in that I am 67 years old, but I DO remember my 50’s very well. It was a time in my life where I had major upheaval… deaths, divorce, a move across the country to start a new life, etc.
Being a long-time fan of Sheri’s, I want to learn from amazing women so I was beyond delighted to discover your podcast – timely, relevant, meaningful content! I listen on the treadmill each week – loved The Big Move, Lisa Oz, Marci Shimoff……..keep ’em coming!

Pekin, Illinois, USAI refer to the two of you as my Soul Sisters! I’m sharing that I bought the comforter and duvet cover as well as a fitted sheet from The Company Store after hearing Sheri’s recommendation (to go without a flat sheet). My husband of 29.5 years has commented at least once a week for the last 6 months that this is one of the best things “we’ve” ever done! Lol. It truly is like sleeping under a cloud. Thank you!

Alexandria, VAIn 2017, I retired from my job of 33 years with the Federal government. I knew I had more in me to give & wanted to make an impact in the area where I felt the most passionate-young adults with disabilities. I recently started a nonprofit that provides job training and meaningful work for young adults with disabilities. Our team of differently abled people produce all-natural ginger dog treats. We call ourselves Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats. Thank you for inspiring me to live out my dream

Williston VTAt 53 I lost my purpose in life. The best part of my life was behind me, I accepted the status quo. I would always worry about money & weight, my glory days were gone. I began to search for meaning. It came slowly but organically in the form of your pillars.
When I was introduced to This is 50, I realized I wasn’t alone I had others to travel with. Recently I got 1 of my empty nest children’s books published. Matilda Blows Into Town, RaeElliottWilliams.com My I Did It!!!! moment.

Los Gatos, CAI was facing the proverbial four-way intersection … re-launching my career, turning fifty, sending my firstborn across the country to college, and feeling that inner voice speak up to say “follow your dreams”. It was in one weekend, at This is Fifty, with Nancy and Sheri at the helm – where the red lights transitioned to green and the road, once filled with fear, seemed to intuitively all make sense! The Pillars provided the framework to follow my dreams – the love and honesty made it real.

Orlando, FloridaI was at a crossroads in my life when I heard about This Is Fifty Weekend and The Pillar Life Approach. As a Wellness Strategist I already knew where I was out of balance but The Pillar Life Approach helped to put everything in it’s simplest form. Not only did I become more focused on the Pillars that were out of balance but I got my teenage son involved as well, now we hold each other accountable, 8 simple yet important pillars to focus on. This is a great fun family exercise to do that will keep you on the right track so you can Thrive!

PennsylvaniaI gave your podcast a 5 star review early this year and I told a bit of my story then. At the age of 50 I was challenged by a spiritual teacher to answer the question “who am I?” Once we let go of the roles I played (mother, daughter, wife, sister, boss, employee, woman, etc., I also had to let go of the adjectives I use to describe myself, short, kind, smart, etc. I was left with a huge question. How can I possibly be 50 years old and have no idea who I am?
That started my journey and my awakening. Your podcast came along at exactly the right time in my life. I was beginning to live the pillar life without even knowing it was a “thing.” Now I can’t wait for your weekly podcasts. I love, but admittedly have not yet tried, Nancy’s recipes in the newsletter, and I shamelessly promote your podcast whenever I can.

San Antonio, TexasI love this podcast. When I first heard about it from a dear friend I was (quietly) deeply skeptical about what I, a guy in my late thirties, could learn from a podcast targeted at women in their 50s. How wrong I was! I have found the insight, experiences and stories so valuable and inspiring. Moreover the Pillar Life framework is so helpful and practical as I construct a life of purpose, service and happiness.

CaliforniaI turned 50 last week and it is amazing how something about this stage of life really causes us to step back and take measure of the way we have been living our lives, really evaluating all of its different components. No matter how we feel in our specific space – good, bad or just okay – there is a nagging subconscious being at mid-life (I hate this terminology but have failed to think of a better one) that kicks our ass into gear. And even though as women we’ve all tried various ways of self-improvement throughout our lives, this stage of maturity comes with so much wisdom and assuredness, I love it! The Pillar Life is exactly the tool needed to use as a guide along the way and both of your stories are incredibly inspirational.

Vail, ColoradoMy weekend at 1440 was magical. The energy was electric and full of love, acceptance, courage, sisterhood and strength – the same energy I get when listening to Sheri and Nancy on the podcast. Like I can do anything and I’ve got a whole dreamtribe who have my back if I step out of my comfort zone and reach out. I can’t wait to go back and I’m so grateful for the renewed and re-energized life The Pillar Life is giving me.

Apollo Beach, FloridaThis Is Fifty and the Pillar Life event at 1440 Multiversity was a life changer. Not to be overly dramatic, but the event came at such a pivotal time in my life. I was recently widowed, grief stricken and completely lost. Spending time with Sheri, Nancy and the other women, learning about the Pillar Life and hearing from the amazing speakers, opened my eyes to the new life I could create for myself. I follow This Is Fifty regularly and continue to work on my Pillar Life.

St. Louis, MissouriTonight I am gathering my tribe to introduce them to the pillar life. Four of us will be meeting to tune in and get our Sherri and Nancy fix. We will be meeting weekly to share what we’re up to and create our lives.
I could not be more excited to share the pillars with these women, they are movers and shakers, dreamers and doers. We are even going to have our own experts stop by to talk to us from time to time and our intention is that our Dream Tribe will expand to reach more and more women here is St Louis.
Thank you for all you do and the difference you are making for women. You move, touch and inspire me every week!

Los Angeles, CaliforniaAs someone who just turned 50 last Monday, I’ve been listening to your podcast since Spring. Every single episode-I binge listened in the beginning. I love to hear the growth in your lives and see the unfolding of your brand and story. As a marketing professional its exciting to have a front row seat to your pillar life and gain inspiration from your experiences. Most every episode resonates with me and I can pick up nuggets to enrich my life, so THANK YOU! 🙂
